You can slice and serve directly from this dish, without worrying about scratches. Crafted to ensure excellent heat distribution, their pie dish promotes even baking. The base of the dish is hand-sanded for a smooth, no-scratch surface. It cleans easily in the dishwasher and is oven, microwave and freezer safe. The pie dish has the capacity of 1 ¾-quart. All Chantal ceramics are lead and cadmium safe and meet FDA and CA Prop 65 requirements.
