The fresh, playful dinnerware from Emilie O’Connor is all crafted from 100% eco-friendly bamboo fibre, corn starch and resin. The perfect sustainable solution to replace problematic plastics, Bamboo is one of the Earth’s fastest-growing plants, taking only 3-5 years to fully grow and can be harvested frequently with little damage to its surroundings. The bamboo also takes little water to grow and also is naturally antibacterial meaning no pesticides need to be used whilst harvesting. Crafted from this completely biodegradable, sustainable and lightweight material, this plate still remains incredibly durable and is perfect for picnics in the park and al fresco dining. Featuring a fresh, summery, abstract design inspired by waves splashing the shore, this plate is guaranteed to bring life to the dinner table.
