Table Chic Knives, Set of 4, Olive Wood

On the table plate, a perfect, thin and silky cut. In hand, a character wood with the warm veins of the Mediterranean Olive Tree.

Blade: Opinel use Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% provides an excellent cutting edge. Blades are double polished for a mirror-finish.

Handle: The mythical tree of the Mediterranean! This hard wood is yellow to orange in appearance and has dense and often complex veining. Soft to the touch, it has a luxurious polish.

Bolster: The stainless steel bolster has a flat back to keep the knife steady on the table.
